This is the 9th edition of our much-loved Sweet Vermouth, made with infusions of our homegrown blood oranges, sour cherries, wormwood and cardoons, along with coriander seed, cinchona bark and blessed thistle. Complex spices and herbal notes of mint, fennel, clove, and nutmeg on the nose give way to orange zest, pine, fig and cherry cola on the palate with a lightly bitter finish.
