In 2023, Nadir produced his first Torrette Superieur—one of the valley’s best-known and most classic categories. Named “Anarche” (as always, for one of the Vallee d’Aosta’s fabled monsters), it comprises 100% Petit Rouge from younger vines, aged 12 months in a single 1000-liter oak cask. Nadir has captured ever greater energy in his wines over the years we’ve worked together, and “Anarche” is a stellar example of his prowess in that regard, offering sun-drenched wild berries, cool-toned Alpine herbs, and a vigorous, tangy acidity that keeps the wine alert and cleansing.
