Lukas Tscheppe Sauvignon Blanc Rabusella Grete 2021 750ml

Organic. The only Sauvignon Blanc drawn from a different village site of Sauvignon Blanc then the rest of Lukas’ family vineyards at the farm called Rabusella; this is drawn from his grandmother Grete’s particular plot of Sauvignon Blanc in the nearby village of Eichberg, which she owned and tended personally all her life. The soil composition here is decidedly different, with majority sandy soils, so the expression of Sauvignon is quite different from the rest of the bottlings. Destemmed, direct pressed, and fermented spontaneously inside of used barriques. Aged for one year on full lees; unfined, unfiltered, no SO2 added.
