Sourced primarily from the village-level section of Les Lurets, together with La Cave, this is a beautiful introduction to the elegant Pinot Noir of Volnay. Situated near the celebrated premier cru Caillerets, these vineyards produce wines of perfume, delicacy, and naturally fine tannins. Guillaume employs gentle extraction to preserve bright raspberry and cherry fruit, floral aromatics, and a silky texture. A beautifully transparent expression of Volnay's graceful character.
