A particularly compelling Bourgogne Blanc sourced from two excellent parcels: Les Femelottes in Puligny-Montrachet and Les Grandes Coutures in Meursault, the latter home to vines approaching 75 years of age. The Puligny fruit contributes tension and mineral precision, while the Meursault brings depth and texture. Fermented and raised primarily in larger oak barrels, this is a beautifully balanced Chardonnay with citrus, orchard fruit, and a distinctly mineral finish. A superb introduction to the Lafon style.
