The Bonfils family, owners of the historic Château de Vaugelas in Corbières and Château Millegrand in Minervois, continue to expand their influence in the Languedoc with a serious commitment to the region’s most important white wine. While the family has not purchased vineyards in the Picpoul de Pinet appellation, they have established a state-of-the-art production facility in the oyster capital, Mèze. Meanwhile, Bonfils’ hands-on CEO, Xavier-Luc Linglin, has developed synergistic relationships with several independent growers and the Chefs des Caves at cooperative wineries in Pomérols and Montagnac.
