Nuances linger of dried autumn leaves, potpourri and parsley. The palate is silky, rich and well-shaped with flavors of spiced plum, raspberry, wet cigar, grilled orange and herbs. Native fermentation in concrete and neutral French oak puncheons (large barrels). Unfined and unfiltered.
