100% Macabeu organically grown over clay and calcareous soils. Hand harvested, 24 hours of skin contact and spontaneous yeast fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. This is the second release of this wine, and has a bit more time on the lees, but nothing crazy. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and a little bit of SO2. Batussa is a Catalan word for a duel/fight.
