This is a new cuvée that comes from grapes purchased since 2023.
The terroir is composed of clay, pebbles, gravel, and white marl.
Harvested by the estate, the crop is very unevenly distributed,
bringing out subtle aromas of peony and rose. Delicate on the
palate, it can be enjoyed in its youth, but it can also be left to age
for 10 or 20 years to develop more spicy notes.
