Organic by Icea – Biodynamic by Demeter – Zero Sugar Passione Natura Trebbiano d’Abruzzo is a biodynamic obtained with a spontaneous fermentation without the aid of synthetic products. Thanks to the mountain climate, these grapes are able to reach the full maturation typical of warm regions, yet maintaining a significant aromatic profile and an excellent health condition. The fermentations into small steel tanks, occurs for about two weeks. Ageing: about 2 months in steel tanks. TASTING NOTES: well-balanced white wine is able to express very particular olfactory notes that recall citrus and white flowers. At the taste, there is fullness and a body rightly supported by acidity with a pleasant drinkability. FOOD PAIRING: Suitable for any kind of meal, from aperitifs to desserts. It goes well with shellfish and seafood, but also with main courses.
