The fermentations intosmall steel tanks, occurs for about two weeks. Aging: about 4 months in steel tanks. TASTING NOTES: Red fruits and sour black cherries with hints of wild berries.It is afull-bodied wine with an intense ruby color and a good freshness. It has a great structure and concentration but very fine tannins with a long finish. FOOD PAIRING: Ideal companion for all the main dishes like meat, pizza, pasta and aged cheese. It is also perfect for all grilled dishes.
