The nose is soft and alluring, with aromas of caramel and lemon yogurt. The palate is rich and textured, with tons of vanilla and cream, butterscotch and soft cheese. A twang in the midpalate lightens up the experience, adding asparagus and doubling down on the lemon zest, with a vibrant, herbaceous, dryer-sheet funk that makes a pronounced appearance and then vanishes. There is a long finish with the vanilla cream just lingering amid delicate smoke.
