Juve y Camps Cava Pinot Noir Rose Brut NV 750ml

Originally developed for the United States and now as popular as Reserva de la Familia, Juvé & Camps’ flagship rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Following the “Méthode Traditionnelle”, it is aged for a limited time of 15 months in the bottle to preserve its fresh and fruity aromas. Categorized as ‘Brut’ with only 5g/l of dosage, it is intense, fresh and exuberant with aromas of bright red fruits. With its numerous streams of tiny bubbles, this beautiful bright rose hue wine forms a white crown that contrasts with its pink background. The inviting aromas of cherries and strawberries, hints of honey, toast, and floral notes contribute to the freshness of this wine. The mouthfeel is creamy and delicate, with a fine, energetic mousse that caresses dry very gently, releasing all of its fresh aromas of red berries. This sparkling rosé will go well with pasta, cured meats, Japanese food and baked goods.
