Elisa Guérin is bringing a fresh perspective to Moulin-à-Vent, showcasing the potential of Gamay with wines that range from vibrant and drinkable to structured and ageworthy. Her family estate spans 4.2 hectares in Moulin-à-Vent, including the prestigious ‘Les Thorins’ plot, and 0.8 hectares in high-altitude Chiroubles. After returning to her family estate in 2018, Elisa took over from her father, transitioning to organic farming in 2019. Known for her natural winemaking approach, Elisa hand-draws the labels, envisioning her terroir as wild gardens. Looking ahead, she plans to expand into sparkling wine and welcome her younger brother into the family business.
