Les Vignes Blanches owes its name to the gravelly white limestone soil of the vineyard.
As a result of the soil, the wine has more minerality and tension than is typical of this part of the slope, sitting below a little rocky knoll. Our 0.41 hectare parcel is mostly from vines planted in 1948.
