From the Daughter of the Bubble Man, Nuría Avinyó, creates a special line of expressive petnats much in the same fashion of the wines from Clos Lentiscus: made from 100% biodynamically farmed Moscatel of Alexandria grown on calcareous limestone at 220m - 310m in elevation. The vines, which were planted back in the 1930s, are all hand harvested, with direct pressing and cold decantation for 36 hours.
