Champagne Fleury Fleur de L'Europe Brut Nature NV 750ml

Fleury’s second most important cuvée in terms of production, “Fleur d’Europe”—developed around the outset of the European Union and named in its honor—blends 85% Pinot Noir (partly from the 2006-founded perpetual reserve, and partly from a single harvest) with 15% Chardonnay (from the same harvest) and spends two years longer on its lees than the Blanc de Noirs before disgorgement—always without dosage. This gorgeous Champagne is broader and more overtly pastry-like than the Blanc de Noirs, with an expansive, mineral-saturated palate of notable cling.
