Our C.Cassis Spritz brings together lightly fermented Hudson Valley blackcurrants, with vibrant botanicals, citrus peel, crisp seltzer, and just a touch of wild honey. Currants: We primarily source our currants from Greg Quinn at Walnut Grove Farms, just 20 minutes from our production site. While not certified organic, the farm follows organic practices. Low ABV: Many of the components of C. Cassis are not only good for the planet, but are also full of thriving health benefits to lift mind, body, and spirit (something we could all use, especially right now). The blackcurrant naturally contains 3x the daily value of vitamin C as well as being high in minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants, green cardamom is carminative and balancing, citrus rind is an immunity booster and lemon verbena is digestive and stress relieving.
