100% Merlot grown organically on vineyards at 1,300 m altitude over slate and stony soils in Granada. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, short partial maceration of 4-5 days and aging in barrels for about 1 year. Bottled in August 2021 unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2 always. Annual production is 1,400 bottles.
