"A complex nose, less textured and more mineral. Intense and at the same time complex on the palate with a saline edge. It's difficult because they are all good. Long, even obsessive, very good wine (again!)." A fresher combination consisting of white orchard fruit notes, all enhanced with rosemary and lemon notes. On the palate there is tension and rich flavours, mid-palate has volume which gives a nice energy before finishing with a slightly warm lingering finish."
