Winemaker’s note: “A new botanical spritzer for 2023! We try to use as much of what grows on our farm as possible in crafting new and interesting beverages. For this wine, we used chamomile grown right on the farm to add a new dimension to the very specific and captivating flavor of Concord grapes. It’s both intense and calming, a taste of full bloom in bottle.”
