This is the evolution of their white blend, last year known as “Pasta Buzz Blend.” For me, it is the bistro-style incarnate – a very light wine with a crispy palate, delicate floral notes… a nice minerality and length. This year the wine has four varieties: Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Johanniter and Muscaris. The Bacchus was skin-fermented for seven days, everything else was only soaked overnight before pressing. The aging is a mix of used 500L barrels and stainless, about 60/40 respectively, for 11 months. All varieties were aged separately and blended before bottling.
