A blend of Garnacha and Merlot, all organically grown fruit on schist and slate soils. Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed this vintage, direct pressed, fermented with native yeasts in fiberglass tanks and aged on the lees for around 6 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2.
