100% Cabernet Franc, organically farmed and hand harvested. Grapes are destemmed crushed, maceration for 3 days then pressed into big foudre. Aging continues less than a year before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Low abv at only 11.5% and also displaying all of those classic peppery notes that we love from this variety. Dark fruit, nice acidity, and medium-bodied.
