The Grenache was whole cluster bladder pressed. Fermentation occurred naturally with indigenous yeast and without temperature control. The wine went under full native malolactic fermentation. It aged for 4 months on the lees with one racking. Wine was bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without sulfites.
