Aged a minimum of twelve months in new and old 225-liter and 500-liter French and American oak casks. "La Cometa" comes from Germán’s oldest vineyards: seventy-year-old vines planted at high altitudes. The wine has beautiful structure and long aging potential. Hand-harvested and foot-crushed; some destemming. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without cold stabilization.
