More like a skin-contact / orange wine made from a co-ferment of red/white grapes. It's a blend of 1/3 of Merlot, 1/3 of Tannat and 1/3 of Marselán. Hand harvested, 100% whole cluster grapes in the amphora, with carbonic maceration for 8 to 10 days. Foot trodden and left to ferment several more days. After fermentation, they seal the amphora and let it rest for 8 months. After the long maceration, they rack the wine twice by moon calendar and bottle. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2 added.
