MicroBio Correcaminos Rose 2022 750ml

All organically farmed Tempranillo vines grown on slate, phyllite, loam soils in Segovia. Hand harvested, grapes are destemmed with a few hours of maceration on the skins making this vintage a little darker pink, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel with Verdejo must. Once fermentation is finished it is racked into stainless steel tanks, eliminating the lees so that they do not interfere with the aging process and the wine does not lose fruitiness. The wine continues to age for several months after harvest and it has a last racking prior to bottling that is also carried out following the phases of the moon and the biodynamic calendar.
