This, the house's rarest and most sought-after wine, also comes from all three communes, but is sourced from old vines. It is bottled with a lower pressure than the non-vintage classic, making it particularly transparent, sleek and mineral. In the old days, when crémant referred to a Champagne with less pressure than the norm, this was labeled Crémant de Cramant. Production averages all of 165 cases per year.
