Winemaker Pierre Bannwarth now works alongside dad Stéphane at their family winery Domaine Laurent Bannwarth (which we also work with). He joined the Pirouettes collective in 2022. His wines are just like him: bubbly and authentic!
Vineyard: Limestone and clay. Biodynamic vineyard, Demeter certified.
Grapes: 50% Pinot Blanc, 25% Muscat, 25% Pinot Gris
Making of: Grapes are hand-harvested when ripe and sorted in the vineyards. Direct pressed. Elevage on the fine lees in stainless steel vats for 6 months. Zero addition of sulfur, unfined and unfiltered.
Personality: Bright, juicy, and bursting with fresh fruit. Glou glou and gorgeous! Pair with fish, crudité, barbecue, and more.
