A collaboration with Rodolphe & Ludivine Marteau (brother & sister) and the Leclair family from their Touraine estates, which cover 27 hectares. The 4 hectares of Gamay vines are 30 years old planted on flinty clay soils. Hand harvested with 8 days carbonic and fermentation at cool, controlled temperatures in stainless steel. Aging on the lees until the wine is bottled in December.
