100% Garnacha Peluda from 40 year old vines grown organically in Vilalba dels Arcs (Terra Alta) on very shallow calcareous soils from a single parcel called "Les Trufes" in Batea. Grapes are harvested by hand, whole cluster with out destemming and maceration for 42 days. Fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks. Aged for 12 months in chestnut barrels and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Limited release - 15cs to the states only.
