It is a wine that comes from two Macabeu vineyards, both of 0.5 hectares, planted in 1985 and 1988. Grapes are hand harvested and macerated for 5 days in stainless steel tanks. It is devatted by gravity, without pressing and aged for 4 months in amphorae plus 6 months in tank. Annual production is around 2,450 bottles.
