Isabelle et Denis Pommier Chablis 1er Cru Troesmes 2022 750ml

In 1990, Denis and Isabelle Pommier took over farming 2 ha (5 acres) of family vineyards in Chablis. Since then, they have grown the winery's holdings somewhat but their focus remains on small lots from premier cru vineyards, including from Fourchaume, adjacent to the grand cru Bougros vineyard. Grapes are hand harvested and grown organically. Fermentation is in stainless steel followed by aging in oak, with roughly 50% of the barrels new, and the rest second and third use.
