This interesting mix of young and old vines guarantees the complexity, fruit and spice typical of Zweigelt, which makes this classic so stimulating and easily entices you to have another glass.
Harvest & Vinification:
Vinification: hand-picked, destemmed without crushing the skins, natural yeast, 28 °C, soft remontage and maceration for 12-16 days. Elevage: 12 months 50% big wooden casks, 50% 500 litre barrels, no racking, no finings
