Grape variety : Pinot Noir, Gamay. Wine making : Grapes harvested by hand from 11 to 19 September. Lovely maturity, extraordinarily healthy: very high concentration of sugar, both varieties rich in anthocyanin. No pitching (yeast). Separate vinification of each variety, with no sulphites. Matured in tanks and blended in March.
