The 2024er Niedermenniger Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett Feinherb Onkel Peter (the reference to this internal cask name is provided in small print
on the label after the AP number) comes from un-grafted vines in the south-facing Zuckerberg sector of the vineyard and was fermented to off-dry
levels of residual sugar. It displays a superbly attractive and finely aromatic nose of yellow peach, aniseed, pink grapefruit, muscat, and pear. The
wine coats the palate with delicate, fresh yellow fruits as well as smoke and spices. The finish proves very long and fresh. This juicy, aromatic yet
refined and fresh off-dry Riesling is superb. 2030-2044
