Grape Variety: Gamay. Viticulture: Ecocertified (organic), in biodynamic conversion. Vinification: Vinified in tank, with semi-carbonic maceration/fermentation over a 3 week period (longer than the Bojo-villages and Brouilly VV). Aging: Aged 6-8 months in neutral barrel. Then assembled in tank for one month prior to bottling. No Fining and filtration. 10 mg SO2 at bottling.
