Cristian has a small vineyard located in La Morra planted to Barbera which yields about 1600 bottles annually. Harvested the third week of September, the grapes then go through a 12-day maceration in steel at controlled temperature with manual punchdowns. The wine is racked and aged for 6 months in large Slavonian oak casks.
