100% Sauvignon Blanc. It is aged in stainless steel tank only with a small addition of SO2 before bottling. Beautifully pure Sauvignon fruit, hints of pear and sweet citrus, with supple mid-palate and a refreshingly mineral finish. A fantastic introduction to the Puzelat wines, and a great value.
