A blend of 75% Parellada and 25% Trepat organically grown in the Penedès. Hand harvested, Parellada gets skin maceration for 7 days, Trepat is whole cluster for 7 days - followed by pressing. Fermented and subsequently aged in stainless steel for 7 months before being bottled - unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Annual production is 5,239 bottles.
