All whole clusters go into stainless steel with native yeasts. Short fermentation and aging in tank for a few months before bottling via the lunar calendar, unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Medium-bodied, soft tannins, and lots of that leafy, herbal Cab Franc character here.
