Grapes: 100% Sangiovese. Vinification: The grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and the grapes macerate for 20 days at 28-30 °. The malolactic fermentation takes place in cask. The wine was left to mature in 7.5 hl barrels for two years.
