Appearance : A wine of deep ruby color in the glass and medium plus intensity on the nose. Nose : Here the fruits are rich and ripe blackcurrant, blueberry, raspberry, and plum. There is an extra level of richness found in the notes of cassis, vanilla, game meat and chocolate, however this is balanced well by a bright note of eucalyptus, bell pepper, sweet tobacco and blood orange peel. Palate : The wine is dry with high acidy and high grippy tannins. It has a medium plus body and an intense, medium plus finish full of fresh fruit and sweet spices.
