Champagne Canard-Duchêne Vintage 2015 Born of Léonie Duchêne and Victor Canard storied romance, Canard-Duchêne is nestled in the heart of the Montagne de Reims region, where the house draws inspiration from nature and celebrates it in each unique cuvée. The vintage 2012 captures the essence of both the vintage and the Canard-Duchêne style. Blend: 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier - from Avize, Cramant, Janvry, Merfy, Charly-sur-Marne, Fontette. Sugar content: 7 grams/liter Aging: 5 years minimum - disgorged to order. Aromatics: Citrus notes such as lemon, and fresh fruit reminiscent of apricot. Appearance: Bright golden hue Palate: The palate is elegant and refreshing with lemon and bergamot aromas.
