New canned project from Jordi Llorens and Jordi Solé (winemakers) with Cristina Vaqué. Organically grown grapes in La Conca de Barberà (Tarragona - Blancafort) at 400m elevation. A blend of Macabeu and Parellada (on skins of Garnatxa and Syrah). The Parellada vines are 35 years old, the Macabeu is 17 years.
Hand harvested, Parellada and Macabeu fermentation with indigenous yeasts, pressed and fermented on Syrah & Garnatxa skins in tank. Aging continues in clay amphora on the lees for 6 months. Unfined, unfiltered, and 0/0.
