New canned project from Jordi Llorens and Jordi Solé (winemakers) with Cristina Vaqué. Organically grown grapes in Tarragona at 316m elevation. A blend of Macabeu and Parellada (on skins of Garnatxa and Syrah). Hand harvested, Parellada and Macabeu fermentation with indigenous yeasts, pressed and fermented on Syrah & Garnatxa skins in tank. Aging continues in clay amphora on the lees for 6 months. Canned unfiltered, with no SO2. Dark fuchsia hued, incredibly delicious and a little touch brambly.
