Organically farmed Syrah (90%) and Garnacha (10%) on clay calcarious soils with manual harvesting, total de-stemming, and 6-day maceration with the skins. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged for around 5 months in tank. Absolutely no fining, filtering, or sulfur of any kind. Natural, fruity, juicy, there is a lot to love in this chillable red wine.

Mariano Taberner Navarro knows his land intricately and in an almost mystical way translates the Mediterranean essence through his grapes.
