This connoisseur's Sherry has a deep gold color, nut, raisin, and citrus aromas; a full bodied, dry, complex flavor; and a very long finish. Serve chilled as an aperitif with dried fruits and nuts or at room temperature with cured meat, cheese, and other desserts.
