A blend of 51% Albilla and 49% Italia. Hand harvested, skin maceration for 22 days. Co-fermentation of the Albilla and Italia grapes with native yeasts in stainless tanks and aged a few short months in tank as well. Without the addition of chemicals or oenological inputs. Not filtered/fined. Annual production is 2825 bottles.

On the palate, it is dry with subtle acidity, medium astringency, and balanced. Initial impression is dominated by the sensation generated from the long maceration.
